Yapan Developments is a group of real estate development and construction companies concentrating on land development projects in Romania.

Yapan Developments is a family-owned organization whose shareholders are also the sole partners of the company “Izmir Turizm Insaat ve Ticaret A.S” in Turkey. This company, founded by Özer Yapan, has been active in tourism, land development and construction business for more than twenty five years in Turkey. In the last decade, it focused on creating “originally designed villas for those who appreciate uniqueness”.

In 2000, Yapan Developments began its activities in Romania by investing on real estate and constructing Tempo Hotel, a three star boutique hotel. Since then, the company is investing on properties, most of them being lands in and around Bucharest.

Yapan Developments, with its design team also prepares Local Urbanism Plans following the acquisition of its assets and obtains Authorization of Construction for its properties.

He’s been active in the construction business since 1967. He’s been the pioneer in developing suburban residential projects in Izmir, the third largest city of Turkey. He has a master’s degree in construction and is currently the president of the company in Turkey.

He’s an architect with a master’s degree in Business Administration concentration on Real Estate Investment from DePaul University, Chicago. He is working as the ‘Istanbul Representative’ of the company in Turkey.

She has a “Bachelor of European Hospitality Management” degree from Hotel School The Hague. She’s currently in charge of the company’s two apart hotels in Istanbul and the Tempo Hotel in Bucharest.
